I don't understand this song...

(might me in wrong place)

So, I wanted to make a cover of this song (when I get my UTAU done) in a different language, but there are few things in the song that I just don't understand:

  • The first begin the "Sea cucumber handstand" (like what is it?).
  • The next one is "and the snail escaped" (how is it related to the love letter that was tossed away?)

Those are the two that I don't understand so far, but I'll ask here again if I find other things I don't understand about this song.

Thanks in advance!

Toluthin antenna just doesn't really make sense in general, so plenty of things like that pop up.

Based on what I know about Giga/Reol songs and what I've seen in anime, I think "sea cucumber handstand" refers to a certain... appendage

I'm not really sure about the snail part. I did a few searches but I couldn't really find any meaning behind it, although I think it's meant to go along with the sea creature metaphor because I did find a site about "Algae Eating Black Japanese Trapdoor Pond Snails".

Something I read on the pond snail page makes me think they both tie into the part where he says, "I'll accept things I both love and hate." (Mainly that the snails eat pretty much anything) So if I had to take a stab at a meaning, it's a more risque "I Don't Care Who Someone Go Out with Me!"

Thanks. This song starts making a little bit more sense now.
