midi is 94bpm, need to export from utau at 94.7bpm to match?

I made a midi in cubase and exported it, when i put the midi back in cubase it plays as it's supposed to, but when i import to utau and export the vocals it's slightly slower, after a little experimenting i found that i need to export it at 94.7bpm (instead of 94) to match the original midi, is this an issue with how i use utau or should i look into experimenting with the midi and cubase?

All modern capable daws should have time stretching. See if you can specify the UTAU wav's tempo as 94, and have it be corrected to the project tempo of 94.7. Since it's a very tiny difference, there shouldn't be any noticeable artifacts.

If cubase is FL's brother, would this theory apply? http://utaforum.net/posts/116629/
if i understood correctly the theory is to make sure the melody and harmony tracks are separate? if so, i just tried this and it still exported slower

well, if i export from utau at 94.7 it does end up matching the off vocal, but i wanted to post this ust for other people to use so i can't have it not match without post-utau editting, the 94.7bpm is quite confusing and might not even be entirely accurate since it goes to decimals
i think i'll try messing with the midi once more and if it doesn't work i might have to scrap it entirely ):
